Upstairs

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The two smaller rooms have newer carpet, vaulted ceilings, doors that lead out to the covered patio and six 12x12 tiles in front of the doors.

The large covered patio has amazing views of the Oquirrh and Wasatch Mountains. It is a great space to entertain and relax. It is the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, thunderstorms, and fireworks (you have a great view of Riverton, South Jordan and Draper's).

The hall bathroom has a bathtub and a linen closet.
